I. brief introduction

Equipment form: muffler mostly vertical installation, can also be horizontal installation.
In order to prevent inhalation of external impurities, the silencer suction outlet is arranged on the front end of the protective net, safety net is installed on the top part of anti canopy, to prevent rainwater from entering. The lower part is the muffler body. The body is welded by an ordinary carbon steel plate group, and a silencer unit is arranged inside the body and is welded with the body group to increase the rigidity. The outlet and the air duct are welded or flanged.
An acoustic impedance composite muffler with thick and thin interphase acoustic absorber is adopted. The structure has the characteristics of wide frequency band, high noise elimination, small resistance and suitable for large flow rate.
The muffler body is mainly composed of a muffler shell and an anechoic unit. The shell is cuboid. Muffler element is arranged in the middle of the channel, the channel is made of perforated muffler element mesh, superfine glass fiber and glass fiber cloth made of cotton hole, muffler unit has good silencing effect in a wide frequency range, also has good aerodynamic characteristics, and the diversion, perforated plate for special design, further reducing resistance loss.

Four, installation points:

Five, matters needing attention
1. The dust content of muffler should be less than 150mg/m3. In situations such as the use of high dust, should the dust filter.
2, open with the anti canopy, muffler does not allow water fog is too big, oil mist or corrosive gas through the gas temperature are less than 150.
3, if the dust content in the air affects the sound absorption effect, it can be cleaned once a year, cleaning the dust on the surface of the silencer unit.
4. Clean up the sundries on the net of the rain shelter pillar periodically.
